Agreeing means you are accepting that as an able body, you are committing to take these classes at your own risk. In the case of an accident, you are releasing the right to file any legal action against Palmer Pilates, the employees, the instructor, or any other student in the room as well as the owner and facility of the place where the classes will be taught.
